Why Work-Life Coaching?
Some experts describe a personal brand as the story
people tell about you when you leave the room.
But I think the story you tell yourself is a hell of a lot more important.
We're not really programmed to explore our values, behaviors, and goals on a regular basis. Let alone with a designated partner by your side.
Therapy helps us understand how we became who we are. But who's helping us figure out what comes next, and how to tell that story with confidence?
I call it work-life coaching because it's about more than what your career looks to others. Work shapes our time, our energy, our sense of purpose, and our relationships. It's an enmeshed part of life and so worth investigating deeply.
So you love the story you're telling yourself about your future. That's what coaching is for.

FAQs
What is coaching?
Coaching is structured time to listen to ourselves. To take some of the ideas we have about our futures and say them out loud. Most of us are so busy executing that we never stop to ask ourselves if we're moving in the right direction — or if it's a direction we chose. Through open conversation, we name your vision and move toward it conciously and with clarity.
How is this different than therapy?
At the end of working together, what will I have?
What if I want you to do the branding for me?
