We’re not really programmed to wake up and explore our values, behaviors, and goals on a regular basis. Let alone with a designated partner by your side. This might even feel like an indulgence.
Space, time, reflection, support. Imagine!
But I think it’s a damn shame. Therapy helps us understand how we got to where we are. But who is encouraging us to define what comes next? To name it. To own it.
What story are we telling ourselves? And what story are we telling the world?
We owe it to ourselves to prioritize growth. Because when we truly know and love who we are, we become magnetic. And when that happens, others don’t just connect with us, they connect with what we create.
